** Office 2000 / Outlook 2000 Support
Due to known flaws in Office 2000, and especially in Outlook 2000, SalesOutlook will no longer officially support Office / Outlook 2000 as of January 1, 2006. This is due to the fact that mainstream support from Microsoft for the 2000 versions of Microsoft Office officially ended and Microsoft will no longer be releasing service packs and/or bug fixes for Office 2000 products. Therefore, there are no known resolutions to certain issues that users experience when operating SalesOutlook within Outlook / Office 2000.
Please include plans to upgrade all instances of Office / Outlook 2000 to Office / Outlook XP SP3 or later. However, you may continue to use SalesOutlook with Outlook / Office 2000 SR-1a or later, but some functionality may be reduced and certain exceptions may be thrown from time to time that diminishes the experience and productivity of SalesOutlook users running Office / Outlook 2000. SalesOutlook, Inc. will not be able to assist you or resolve these issues as long as you run SalesOutlook on an unsupported version of Microsoft Office. There are no known workarounds or fixes other than to upgrade Microsoft Office to a more recent version that is officially supported by Microsoft Corporation and by SalesOutlook, Inc.
